It includes an analysis of the needs and challenges among potential participants of the Open Up Platform of the 7 participating countries. It focuses on the overview of each country’s situation, the key findings, the critical factors preventing participants from being more active professionally in Creative Arts and the local attitudes towards the Open Up activities.
