Ager Perez Casanovas earned her BA in Philosophy in Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (2017),  and her Philosophy MA at UCL (2018). She works at UAB and the Picasso Museum of Barcelona, developing her PhD research, supervised by prof. Gerard Vilar and Dr. Jèssica Jaques, with whom she coordinat es the Teaching Innovation Project artencurs. Her research is focused on a vindication of touch in creation, disruptive artistic practices, and committed art, and a conception of artistic research where art has a politic dimension as a device for social reconfiguration.
